Pathetic Telkom Services

I have successfully signed up for the LTE Telkom’s June's Big Deal for 10 Gigs Data, Huawei B315 Router and Sim on the 26 June 2018. After personally following up on the courier and delivery, two weeks later, I am still not connected and am getting the run around from Telkom.

This is such pathetic service. Whats the use advertising for products if you cannot provide the service.
