pathetic telkom services
yeah im in on this,,i ***n hate telkom..same issues for a long time..tried to cancel a landline once ..papers were done ... emails were done back and forth as they cant do there work properly..wat a struggle..took four months to get it cancelled..they kept wanting money from me..still didnt get it back..
besides cancelling my line they made a mistake and transfered my line somewhere else...incompetence
no i have proff of paying every month my telkom cell phones and the contracts yet both my phones are off..can you believe it.
secondly they switch it off so no help line even works..this is absolutely pathetic business practices

no complaint i can give as telkom has a useless website that doesnt work as my numbers dont work
so i cant do anything at all
telkom offices also they cant help me
numbers blocked also cant do anything on the website.
now who created your website with such a big fault as to leave any person stranded ..should fire him
