Pathetic Telkom Service Provider

I have been a Telkom user for many years now and my package includes a Telkom line fitted with a modem for unlimited data. We pay our account dedicatedly but the service from Telkom is nothing short of pathetic. I can't even understand how they continue being in business after the lousy service we get from them. We have been complaining for about the past month or so to Telkom regarding the WI - FI service. On top of that my landline isn't working as well. All 3 of my kids rely on WI - FI for research and other school and campus related activities. We have made numerous and extremely lengthy calls to Telkom. We went twice in to the Telkom Store in the Chatsworth Centre and complained. We were told that we will be contacted within 24 hours to receive attention. It's going on more than a week now and we haven't been contacted. The inconvenience is so tremendous that we have to go out specifically to buy data. We took on this Telkom package so as to not have issues like this. If this issue of mine is not resolved by the end of the week, I will be forced to broadcast this on Consumer Watch. There are numerous data providers emerging and we are not compelled to stick with Telkom - not too sure if they know that. My home tel. no. is ( 031 ) ********** .
