Pathetic Telkom Service ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!

Telkom once again over promises and under delivers!!!!!!!!!!!!! I app**** for a mobile contract online. The agent contacted me and approved my application and assured me that they have stock of the device. 4 weeks later and i have not received the device or a call from Telkom. I get the odd SMS stating the device is out of stock. Telkom service is really pathetic.
