PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE - HORRIBLE *********** STAFF

Today is the 29th - still have no one assist me with my internet connection from the 09th!!! Yesterday I went to the store and was made to speak to a very *********** agent on the phone who was unable to answer simple questions, I left with no joy. Today I called the technical department x3 and only one lady was kind of able to help, said I must forget it, the line is not gonna be fixed, I’m in hell I must call sales for alternatives. Called sales and they only have LTE option which is a horrible package, doesn’t fit my needs.

Now I want to CANCEL the whole thing and no one seems to know how to help!

I need the internet for EVERYTHING! I gave Telkom a chance but now that they can’t render the service we agreed on, I want out, why is this so hard???

The worst decision I ever made was going with this pathetic service provider
