Pathetic Telkom Service

absolutely pathetic service from a pathetic company that only cares about making profits and nothing else. Its been almost two months since I called in for an upgrade mid April. they said they were delivering product but nothing came, called them in May, said we will start in June, called them now in June, they said the upgrades team cancelled the contract, called them again today, they say they cant pick up any calls I made to them. Mind you, the call was to the 1 telkom number from my own number. Telkom or anyone associuated with Telkom should feel ashamed. I urge people not to take on Telkom products.
