Pathetic Telkom service

Hi, I continue to have an horrible, stressful and disgusting experience with Telkom. I firmly believe that paying for a service you should actually receive service but with Telkom that is non existent. This review probably won't receive any feedback as well. This is a company that should not be allowed to trade because they can't manage their own products. They are only concerned about money in, ***** the customers and customer service. Tcf is no existent.

My account is in arrears for two months after receiving confirmation of the cancellation and the weird thing is I actually new this was gonna happen and I knew there's gonna be nothing I can do about it. But I'm hoping someone competent can actually do their job, see this review and sort it out because this is now unbelievable and nobody should ever sign up with Telkom.
