PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE -ADSL LINE

What a Circus!! For almost 3 years I am struggling with my ADSL line, be8ng Intermittend and late afternoon and weekends its mostly Off. Their Circus Technicians are telling me its my Modem, I have now replaced the 6th Modem and Exactly the same, the line is intermittend. Secondly I received a SMS From Telkom informing me I have been upgraded to 10 Meg line free of Charge on 1 May 2021. Till today IF the line is available and you run tests it tests less thqn 4 Meg!!
