Pathetic Telkom service

What a pathetic service from Telkom I'm thinking of leaving them and stick with Vodacom.they useless like Eskom. I have made manual payment on the 24th of April till today it's been almost 3 weeks now they still battling to allocate my payment, they can't even provide positive feedback. Their consultant are useless they will keep on asking proof of payment they Clueless they are Mabenas. My account has been suspended while payment has been made.Stay away from Telkom contacts if u want to leave peace ✌️
