Pathetic Telkom service

Utterly disgusted by the lies from Telkom! I made payment and sent POP for my fiber line & was told that my fiber connection would be restored before the end of business, my fiber is still down.

Worse of all, at 17h55 the lines cut while I was still on hold trying to get through to an agent for assistance with regards to my fiber line. This is absolutely pathetic service!!
