PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE

Extremely Disappointed in the service rendered by you guys . MY fiancé is an existing client for more than 2 years . he did not get any notification that his account was in arrears in Oct 21 Come Feb 22 month end you guys suspended the account when we call to query the consultant failed to mention that acc is in arrears .... Sunday we call again to find out that the account was in arrears ...Mon the 1 of March 22 he has made full payment and despite paying and sending proof of payment we still got no service .... When query if we get a pro rata for the days we have no service we simply get a Sorry no you don't.... First time I'm seeing a service provider keeping the money and not delivering we apparently have to wait a week ....Guys beware best you get a better service provider who values their clients
