PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE

Sad to say TELKOM service is PATHETIC. I am really disappointed in not only the product but the staff as well. App**** for WiFi last year about 5 times eventually send an e-mail to get a response from a staff member who tells me she can't tell me when it will be installed. I've sent her emails since January 2022 and not even a.reply. The product becomes bad because of bad service by staff my situation staff and brand is a NO GO
