PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE

For months.....I've been battling to change my debit order dates. Every single month I have to battle with no communication with a consultant to have my debit order dates. When the dates doesn't go off u am penalized every single month, billed for unnecessary things I did. Not sign up for. They are quick to call you to for a sale half the month there's no network coverage. Communication is PATHETIC!!! WORSE IS THEY DISCONNECTED ME AFTER PAYING THEM be cause of the penalties and I wont pay for it because I gave them a date to debit order me. I wasted R60 on airtime today and R150 on mobile data for my home.

I'm seriously considering going to another service provider. I'm so over telkom
