Pathetic Telkom service

Lte poor signal in Dana Bay for the last 8 days. Call logged last week. Yesterday a call back from Telkom agent not knowing what to do but she will find out from technical, no call back. Today again I was bounced between departments without any help. The best came at the end when you have rate the performance off the agent. 1 yes and 0 for know/not , the 0 is disabled so you can not give a I am not happy with your service response. Atleast they have managed to bs the system that way. The auditors will think they have excellent staff. It would be funny if it was not so pathetic. Still i can not even do a speed test.
