Pathetic Telkom Service

I am absolutely disillusioned by the poor service received from Telkom over the past year to date. I have been experiencing service related technical breakdowns in service without any improvement in noticeable in the foreseeable future. I have made weekly complaints over the past months with no lasting resolution to the problems Telkom have proven that the company is excellent at penalising the customer regarding an billing or payment issues but during the endless service breakdowns or service interruptions, there has never been any reduction in charges or costs due to lack of service.
