Pathetic telkom service

I ordered a new phone through telkom's online shop on Monday 18 February. Went through all the steps, afterwards a sales consultant phoned me to finalize everything.

Money was already deducted from my bank account.

It is now more than a week later and I don't even have an order number.

Tried calling, held on the line for 34 minutes without anyone answering.

When I log into my profile on the website, no order exists.
