Pathetic Telkom Service

My main business telephone line is now dead since 15/1/19. The hunting facility does also not work which mean that nobody can reach me via phone. We call them daily but to no avail. To top it all is that vodacom cellphone reception is also non existent at the premises and we have to stand in the street to make ot receive a call. This is now carrying on for more than a year now!!! I have also received absolutely no credit for these prolonged breaks in service which I presume is too much to ask if the absolute pathetic service is taken into account.
