Pathetic Telkom Service

I have reported a fault on my Telkom Line on 15 November. I have no working telephone and my Internet is intermittent ranging from 84/1024 etc where it should be 1000/4000mb.

Up to today no technician has visited my house. When I registered a fault, Telkom's reply was that it was a general area line fault. When I enquire from neighbours NOBODY is having ANY problem with their Telkom lines.

Real pathetic customer service, no calls, no technician visit, just SMS about general line faults!
