Pathetic Telkom Service

Once again awesome service by pathetic Telkom. They call to claim landlines are going to be discontinued, but cannot say when or what is going to replace it? Trying to get clarity one gets sent from sales to technical and back to sales. But still no definitive answer on is going on. What a joke!
