pathetic Telkom service!

Telkom's service is absolutely pathetic and frustrating!! Had an adsl line installed 22/06/2018 and after a week of endless phone calls and useless reference numbers the case is still not closed and my internet is not working. Each consultant gives a different story as if nobody there knows whats happening. I received absolutely no feedback as promised. Missing out on the entire world cup due to their incompetence .Waiting to cancel and join a different ISP.
