Pathetic Telkom service !!

I’m disgusted at the service I have been receiving today I got told while standing in a long line that they can’t assist me at 1 in the day because they offline , Telkom n1 city next to the Fix is disgusting with service they can’t even assist with finding out why a case was resolved. I logged a case a month ago where Telkom deducted twice from my account in one month I still haven’t receive my money it’s been 2 months now nothing I just received a sms the case has been solved when I call the call center they tell me they can’t access it when I go into Telkom they tell me I need to call them again How much more time should I waste I’m disgusted at this service and especially because it seem that you deliberately stole money from me

If this matter continues I will be taking your company to court and newspaper , I should of a long time It’s pathetic honestly!!
