Pathetic Telkom porting our service

I have been trying to port out my number from Telkom back to Vodacom due to Telkom’s poor network coverage. It’s been months now trying to do this with no luck. Over a month ago I tried to port again and still appears to be pending . This is really frustrating and WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN TELKOM MOBILE.
