Pathetic Telkom non service

I have been paying for wifi service. The service has been down from 19 Dec 2018. When i phone telkom they can't give me any information on what the problem is or when it will be resolved. Went into telkom store to try and find some answers. Again they told be to contact the call centre. When i spoke to the operator, he said i need to have a computer and internet for him to assist me. I asked in the store for this and i was told they cannot assist me. I am now paying for a service which i don't have and was told i will not get a refund for any lack of service. I am now stuck as no one at Telkom can provide any sort of answer. This is the most pathetic service i have ever encountered !!!!!!!
