Pathetic Telkom no network coverage.

Good day. I recently signed up for contracts with Telkom. Just to find out that there is NO NETWORK COVERAGE in the area that I live in. So, this means that I cannot connect to the internet, I cannot make or receive phone calls, basically my phone is now worthless. My argument is why did the consultant not tell me that there is NO NETWORK COVERAGE in this area? I would've then used a different service provider. I went to Telkom offices in Kimberley and what pathetic service I received. The consultant just pulled up his shoulders. No explanation, no after sale service no nothing. He pulls up his shoulders and says there is nothing he can do. Admin on the Facebook page advised me to roam on the MTN network which is totally impossible since my contract package does not support this feature. Whose issue is this?? Is this my problem?? The fact that there is no network coverage in this area?? Whose responsibility is this?? I am now paying an arm and a leg for a service that I am not receiving. This is not fair. And I will take this matter further.
