Pathetic Telkom LTE Speed

I received my LTE Router, Sim and Antenna about two weeks ago. The first day or two the network were fair with a download speed of average 10Mbps......after a week there is basically no network at all even if the bars is full on the Router. Current speed average at 0.9Mbps and yes that is not a typo it is that low! The branch promised me someone would come and install the external antenna and I waited for the call to arange installation, but nothing! No network and no one installing the antenna for a bit better coverage. Easy to get people in a contract but then afterwards there is zero to none service provided by them! Really unsatisfied with this product. I would like to even cancel this pathetic service and if I have a option never get anything from Telkom ever again. Don't sell a product and deliver no service! Your response will be appreciated. Lets hope the antenna will fix the bad connection in two years when the eventually decide to come and install it! Regards Rynardt
