PATHETIC Telkom fixed line transfers

Tried weekly for 2 months now to have our fixed lines moved to new premises and like clockwork nothing gets done . Same old same old, eeee its the first time I get the request and needless to say we have e-mailed, spoken to this person numerous times and still the same ignorance and bad service from them. Would have liked to give negative stars but alas we cant go lower than a 1 star Yes Lorraine (K), Nomzama, Zungu, Majola and Thandazile ---- I am talking about you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
