Pathetic Telkom!

Telkom has been billing me now for a sim only contract that has been complete in 2023. Last year June 2024 they suspended my service and forced me to pay R1500 in December, I paid that amount and the service was never reconnected. I am still being debited any day of the month when they choose to. I have call their all center for two days and spent most my time trying to cancel and I am being sent from pillar to post, no assistance, team leaders are avoiding me. I cannot be debited anyhow, this is messing with my finances and credit. I am disgusted with Telkom.
