Pathetic Telkom Customer Service

Terrible customer service and pathetic knowledge by the Telkom Staff. I called in to cancel my adsl line at my residence, which they did, the next day my telkom email which i used for the past 15 years and was not linked to my home adsl, stopped working, upon calling the telkom support they said because my adsl line was cancelled ( which i only had for 2 years) they cancelled my email address. When asked who authorized it no one knows, which is the normal Telkom response. Now the email associated with my business is now down and the Telkom pathetic staff can not activate it. When you speak to to technical department , they say speak to sales , when you speak to sales they say they cannot help. Can some one help or are youll all just as brain dead.
