Telkom CEO, Sipho Maseko, clearly is what you would call a Quota appointment, because if it comes to creating a functioning business he is far from it. Clearly a political appointment, he can't even get the computer system to function properly. As a CEO he takes responsibility for the functioning of his company, good or bad. And as telkom can't even deliver a router in 6 months time, I would suggest that old Sipho should try to get his ship back on track. his only saving grace it that Telkom is still state controlled or he would have been out on his **** a long time ago. Pathetic.
