Pathetic Telkom Cape Town out of simcards

I lost my phone Friday and have been trying to replace my simcard, went to canal walk and was told they out of sim cards .i mean both stores in the mall. I went to Cape Town cbd got told the same story , still havent recovered my number. Wbats frustrating is that they say it with pride and are unsympathetic at all , its really low and petty , very much unprofessional . I think as soon as i get my number back i have to switch to another network that takes clients seriously . Not good for a business person losing money right now because of this.
