PATHETIC TELKOM CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I am utterly disgusted at the level of service from the call centre. I called to find out about fault: ***1 the lady had the audacity to put me back in the queue without assisting me, the following gentleman cut me off. What type of incompetence staff Telkom call centre employs, its shocking. After 6 calls and NO RESOLUTION??Yet the service from Telkom mobile Sandton is excellent. PATHETIC!!! And I am quite sure management is able to see exactly who checked my account today when I called at 10:15! They deserve warnings and coaching for client service!
