pathetic telkom

Telkom is worse than dealing with the government. Their service is pathetic. They do not answer the phone nor respond to emails. They are just nonsense. Trying to cancel an account since June and all i keep getting are bills from them with higher amounts , no responses to my cancellation requests. Hate dealing with Telkom, ***********!!!
