Pathetic Telkom

Surely the prize for incompetence and poor customer service must go to Telkom. Trying to get hold of an agent now is impossible. You are refered to a whatsapp help centre which quite frankly is pathetic. I am paying for a service that i don't get. Wake up Telkom! If anyone is thinking of getting a Telkom mobile deal...think again. Tgeir customer service is dreadful. I am sitting with a pathetic signal for weeks now and no one comes to adjust anything.
