Pathetic Telkom

I have been using Telkom fibre for many years now however of late the backup service are turning from pathetic to absolutely useless . I have been trying for 5 days to report no internet service then they send a fat *********** fool to my house who does not even have the required tools to test the line and rooters to repair the problem , now we are back to reporting a fault and hoping something happens ,I will be ending my contract with Telkom moving over to a competent private company who are serious about providing a service this is the reason the unemployment rate is out of control due to utter incompetence.
