Pathetic Telkom Assistance - Took my money!!!

Telkom you service is utterly pathetic from staff at the call centres to the supervisors!

I have been waiting for a refund of my deposit since May!!! Ask for a reference number and I could probally break the world record for have so many for one query from one company.

Whats even worse is the people who handle the accounts department! i get a bill every month for a service I dont have .... keep in mind I was bul**** into paying for a month of no service.

I am so tired of explaining myself to Telkom staff as they do not assist me .... not one of them.

A company that takes your hard earned money and makes you cry ....

I do not want another reference number what I need is my MONEY BACK FOR YOUR LACK OF BEING ABLE TO OFFER ME A SERVICE!!!

if this is not resolved I will be going to the ombudsman as this is certainly not the time frame it takes to resolve a query.
