Pathetic Telkom as usual

I recently upgraded my line from a 4meg to a 10mbs package . The salesperson at 10213 checked my address n all ok n done. She never told me I will loose all my emails on their server by migrating. Now the isp has been migrated but not the line speed. I called 10210 reported this n waiting. I don’t understand how unprofessional Telkom is. As for their app it’s useless reporting on it as you get no response. I’m so frustrated with Telkom n seriously thinking of dumping them altogether since vumatel fibre is not on my road If only Telkom appreciates customers???
