Pathetic telkom as per usual

I want to give zero stars. After waiting for weeks for someone to get back to me re my account which is being billed wrongly I had a lady call me now and she's telling me she is calling about the 199 I have been charged.... Omg I spent so long on the phone explaining to the consultant what happened we went thru my bills from March when telkom messed up my account and I thought ok thus would finally be sorted... Well it's not... I want a manager from billing to call me because the consultant Given doesn't want to put me through to a manager. I'm sick and tired of telkom omg how can u get it so wrong
