Pathetic Telkom always

Ordered an iPhone more than a month ago didn't receive no confirmation email nothing no communication nothing. Today I call to follow up and they don't have stock of the item I specifically asked the guy who placed the order to check availability and he confirmed there is. So clearly that's a ********** sale he got as he sold me something u don't have. I'm not even able to be told when I'll be getting the phone
