Pathetic Telkom

My 87 year old mother in Knysna app**** to Telkom to upgrade her wifi to the fibre installed in their complex at the beginning of May. She has had no response from Telkom other than an initial confirmation of the application. She has phoned numerous times and cannot get through the call centre. There has been zero communication back from Telkom. The service is just appalling and she will have to go to another service provider as she cannot wait any longer. How can any company the size of Telkom not answer phones and not install something as simple as wifi in such a small town when they offer the service?
