Pathetic telkom

Telkom abruptly closed land line after 18 years... Without proper communication telkom just closed my prepaid line and upon Enquiry I was told to apply Ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ a new line which will be a contract line with a new number... Is this the thanks I get for being a loyal customer Ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 18 years...
