Pathetic Telkom!!!
Telkom has the worst service . Their sales agents like Diviegi laughs when trying to get a line reinstated for 2 weeks. She is extremely unhelpful along with every other agent. Their calls are not monitored , hence agent do as they please. Pathetic individuals..!!!!

19 Jan 2021, 10:51I don't understand how Telkom employs Individuals like Devigie.. .. She has absolute no customer service!!!. Raises her voice and extrememly rude.. There is no sense of pride and class from this organisation which is clearly demostrated through their employees
