Pathetic Telkom

Once again after spending hours in a Telkom store in Bryanston, paying the requested amount for my account to be settled and receiving e-mail confirmation that my account has been paid up and settled Telkom have again debited my account for a service I have been unable to use since August. What further must a person do to get this sorted other than take legal action and report them for *****.

Upon trying to contact them to report this the contact person just simply put the phone down on me. This is pathetic and outrageous. I have written a previous review without any feedback or reply.
