Pathetic Telkom

You cannot compare this to service - pathetic. So my account debit date is 1st of every month. I get debited on the 25th. My phone gets disconnected on the 26th - I phone to tell them there must be a mistake - the acknowledged the mistake - phone service will be connected in 24 hours.. 48 hours later and still not connected - all the consultants lie and lie - everyone has a different story. Pathetic. Keep the monopoly boys - remember other people do read this. No wonder we are all moving our internet lines to independent client. Absolutely useless. My review won't make a difference to the **** poor service. You will just go on with the exact same way. Glad my contract runs out I would rather go spend my R22 000 with MTN they might be more expensive BUT atleast I got service from them. Regards
