Pathetic Telkom

<p>Since i started using telkom as SP its been **** since day one... I wanted a 10mb line they told me no sorry you can only get 4mb... wich i found was the retarted response ever... a year went by... found out i can get up to 20mb/s speeds... first i was ****ed off but excited aswel as i am a gamer!! speed is key!! went in past saterday to get it upgraded... told me it would take 48hours! its been 3 F%$@ days... nothing has been done... no feed back what so ever... its costing me more ***ing money to call their stupid call centres... the people working their even more retarded.</p> <p> </p> <p>now i have to call again tomorow to get feed back... i will never in a million years reccomend TELKOM to any of my friends or family... They are PATHETIC in service and products.. this will also be the last time i use their service ever again... i'll rather pay few bucks more when i know a companies service they offer is worth while.....my life is a damn nightmare since telkom was put on this earth!!!</p>
