Pathetic telkom

This pathetic telkom company is completely unhelpful. The staff do not know what they are doing and just hang up on you after being on hold for 15min and don't ever call you back. I have been deceived by their packages advertised and the billing has somehow TRIPLED since March. I have not had any issues until I upgraded 30 March 2021. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic
