Pathetic telkom

We opened an account last year. For this entire year we have had someone else's account linked to our account and we have done a affidavit and shown multiple times that that account is not ours. We call the call center the people just hang up. We have been doing this for 8 months non stop and have had so many cases open and closed but nothing has changed this is beyond pathetic and we will be sueing as this is now affecting our credit score
