Pathetic Telkom

Telkom cut my internet more than a month ago for no reason but yet they continue to bill me. I have called Telkom more then 10 times and each time I am promised that a technician will be sent out to resolve the issue which is now over a month. I am donating money monthly to an *********** organisation without any choice. To anyone considering Telkom as a service provider, I would advise that you stay as far away as possible. They will leave you tied in and stranded.
