Pathetic Telkom

Telkom is useless. From customer care to quality of their network. I have been having problems with loading funds onto my prepaid account and then when later I convert to data or other bundles the balance is R0.00 or a few rands. I have called customer care and they are useless as they cannot see the problem. I called so many times I could not deal with them anymore. So I decided personal contact might be better. Who knew i would waste my time. The staff could see the problem as my airtime balance was not being able to transfer into data. reason insufficient balance. They could not help, only some mighty guy in I.T. Its more than a month later and I am still waiting for anyone to answer me or to call. This is how pathetic Telkom is.
