Pathetic Telkom

<p>On the 27th of June 2016 I app**** for uncapped internet from telkom. Only to be told it would take 14-21 days for them to process my application. The guy behind the counter was not friendly and look like he was lost. 21 days came and past and no one came. On the day 23 I contacted telkom via email with zero response on day 25 i sent another email. On day 26 they sent me mail to rate there service without me ever speaking to a consultant about my problem. It is now day 31 and I have still not recieved any feedback about the one star rating or any of my complaints. </p> <p>They are beyond pathetic and just simply don't care about you as customer. I have never with any company experience such terrible service but the problem still remains I need there telephone line for uncapped internet and they know I don't have many options and thus they take advantage of there position.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have seen puke more organised than Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>Hello Peter please assist in this matter?</p>
