Pathetic Telkom

I got adsl from Telkom, and I am currently paying for a 8 mbs line, but don't even get 2mbs, they have promised me a range extender, but never delivered! Pathetic service from them, internet not working half of the time! To much complaints to list! Please get them to cancell my subscription?! Thank you!
